Usufructo
Usufructo is usufruct: someone has the right to use (and sometimes rent out) the property while another (bare owner) legally owns it.
💡 Tip: Check in the Nota Simple who is a usufructuary and what rights/terms apply (e.g. lifetime).
⚠️ Warning: A property with active usufruct can completely block your use or rental until the usufruct ends.
