Valor catastral
The valor catastral is the cadastral value of a property in the Catastro. It is used as a basis for certain taxes (such as IBI) and administrative calculations.
💡 Tip: Ask for a copy of the IBI note (recibo IBI): it usually shows the valor catastral.
