There are several legal plots available (rustic with a minimum of 10,000 sqm), some a short distance from town, some completely private and the most popular are 5-10 minutes' drive from a town. We have a plot for every taste, all with stunning views and all with water + electricity included in the price and high-speed internet available. The published price includes 30,000 euros for the plot. If the plot chosen is more expensive, the difference will be added.

All houses are equipped with a 2 m terrace around the pool (colour and pattern of your choice), 1 m around the house, a gated entrance, a 3,000 m2 fence, pre-installation of air conditioning via ducts, standard kitchen, security door, German tilt-and-turn windows (or sliding windows if desired), built-in fireplace (in traditional finish), pre-installation of television and internet, gravel path of several metres around the house, septic tank.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower column, shower tray or bathtub, washbasins (different colours of your choice) with sinks, taps and mirrors, as well as a wide choice of wall tiles.

The town of Pinoso is about 45 minutes' drive inland from Alicante and the white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca, and close to the border of Murcia and Alicante.

It has just under 8,000 inhabitants. Pinoso, also known as El Pinos, gets its name from the pine trees that cover the surrounding mountain ranges. Pinoso offers a rural Spanish lifestyle, with no traffic lights, almost no traffic, the only traffic jams being caused by tractors bringing grapes to the Bodega. The fields are planted with vines, almond trees and olive trees. In February, the fields are full of pink flowering almond trees.

Pinoso has many bars, restaurants and shops, a new 24-hour medical centre, dentists, two primary schools and one secondary school, and a theatre. There is an excellent sports centre with outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, football pitches and a gym, a library and many other facilities, including a beautiful picnic area among the pine trees, with barbecues, seating areas and running water.
